GUIDELINES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
The conference participants shall register on the conference website http://scftec.isc-ras.ru (the deadline is 20.01.2023).
The registration of the conference participants will be done in two steps:
1. Registration on the conference website for creating a personal account.
2. Submission of applications for participation in the conference (It is obligatory!).
To register on the conference site and get access to the personal account of a conference participant, please click the Registration tab on the top toolbar, fill in the registration form, and press the REGISTRATION button.
After the registration form is filled in, an email with the login, password, and instructions for completing the registration will be sent to the email address specified by the conference participant. To complete the registration, please click the link in the email.
The link will take you to another page. Enter the login and password provided in the email and click the Log In button, which will automatically take you to the page with an APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION form, where you can fill in the information about the reports, upload your abstract, register persons that will accompany you (if any), and specify your accommodation preferences (if accommodation is necessary).
To submit the application, fill in ALL the fields selecting suitable options and (it is obligatory) press the SAVE button to send the application to the Organizing Committee.
To edit personal information, use the My Account form.
To edit your application of the conference participant, use the Application for Participation form.
Registration of accompanying persons.
Persons accompanying the conference participants shall not register.
The information about the accompanying persons shall be included in the registration form by the conference participants.
